Henry is a veteran construction professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. With a strong foundation laid since 2001, he has honed his skills as a talented and experienced builder.

Johnson Xu is a dedicated project manager with more than 10 years extensive experience overseeing high-end residential and multi-family developments, such as the 10-unit townhouse project in Maple Ridge. With a background in both project management and procurement, Johnson has successfully delivered numerous luxury custom home, duplex and townhouse projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. His expertise includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality throughout the construction lifecycle. Tim is a seasoned professional with a background in aircraft maintenance engineering, having graduated from BCIT in 2012. With six years of experience at MTU Maintenance Canada, he honed his skills in fostering collaboration and leading teams towards common goals. Seeking new opportunities for personal and professional growth, Tim returned to BCIT for continuous education six years later. Transitioning to the construction industry in 2018, he focused on custom home building and commercial renovations.
